The mark & Languaging
The name Beakon was derived from “beacon” / “beacon of light”, which is also the basis of the brands message and languaging. The logo treatment uses angles and negative space cut from the A and K to create a forward progressing light beam, positioning itself as its own light source. This relates to a core brand message, that you are your own Beakon of light.
